A Theory- Dabi And Todoroki, Hidden Love?

So most of us know about this theory by now, for those who don't here's a quick run down: Dabi is perhaps related to Shoto in some way. This theory has existed ever since Dabi was first introduced, but gained real ground when the above panel occurred, insinuating that Dabi knows or at least knows of Todoroki for some kind of personal reason.

Ever since this moment many things about Dabi have helped to validate the theory: his motives make Endeavor his personal enemy, Dabi refuses to give his name from the start, Dabi's name is one of the only ones left unknown within the Villain Alliance (besides Kurogiri). His eye color, and of course his quirk, are similar to that of Endeavors. What's more is that we now know that Dabi's default temperature with his flames make them blue, which, thanks to the anime, we know that Endeavor's flames can also reach that temperature. It all seems to match.

Now with that out of the way: Dabi. Because of the power of his flame quirk many think that Endeavor had to have had an affair with another woman to produce Dabi's quirk. HOWEVER:

For this theory I'm going to assume that Dabi is Todoroki's full blooded brother, both Endeavor's and Todoroki's mother's child.

"But OP!" I hear you cry, "That doesn't make sense!" But allow me to explain: As of now, the theory that Endeavor has had children with other women has no ground, so I'm taking a different approach. I am also assuming that Dabi's own fire is the cause for his scars, since ash can be seen around his hand whenever he uses it, ok? Ok, here we go:

These are the children of the Todoroki family, besides Shoto , Manga versions vs the Anime ones. Many have already pointed out the change in the child in the middle. In the manga he has white hair, in the anime the boy's hair was changed to red, most likely symbolizing that the middle child actually has strictly fire powers like Endeavor. But not many talk about the one on the left who also received a change, his hair is pure white now, meaning that he has a purely ice quirk.

Here's my theory: that between the eldest child, Fuyumi Todoroki and Shoto, Endeavor had a set of fraternal twins. One inherited Todoroki's mom's ice quirk and the other(Dabi) inherited Endeavor's fire one. I say this, because for what reason would the anime studio have to change the boy on the left to only have ice powers? We've never seen him as of yet, unless he's plot relevant there would be no reason.

"But OP!" I hear you cry once more, "Of Dabi is Endeavor and Todoroki's mother's child, why do his flames burn him?"

Now the most of the rest of this is plain speculation. There's not a lot on the children of the Todoroki family, but hear me out: what if, assuming that the redhead and the white haired boy are fraternal twins, they switched resistances? Say that, the ice boy got ENDEAVOR'S fire resistance, and Dabi got his MOTHER'S ice resistance by accident. This would explain why Dabi is so horrendously scared by his own quirk. If Endeavor can handle blue fire perfectly fine, Dabi should have been able to handle it too, if he were born of another woman who also had resistance to her own fire quirk.

Now what happened to the ice boy? Who knows? Cannon and theory aside he's not accounted for anywhere, and if the redhead really is Dabi as a child, then the white haired one is the only one in the Todoroki family not accounted for. If something did happen to him, say... he couldn't handle his own quirk, how would Dabi feel, knowing that Endeavor was to blame for it?
